Most amazing burger in a😎 long time, cuz they cook it weekly & real good beef meat & like a stake burger. Very premium & taste on point. Nice toasted crispy edges etc. like I love. I wish I could make burgers like that. I enjoy juicy soft, but these type the most. They ate my fave. They have a good thing going. Don't spill it with higher prices I hope just cuz COVID & economy & on high demand. I pray blessing of good meat supply & prices to them to pass it on in discounts to us. I love the 1😭

My experience over the last year has been horrible. I've reached out to customer service regarding missing points and haven't heard back. On my birthday I never received my reward. It seems like the company doesn't care about the rewards' system any longer. My local store said that can't help and Its frustrating not hearing back from customer service regarding missing points for multiple orders.

It gave 2 stars for the gentleman who was by himself doing everything so only one guy was working in the location at gallery downtown Philadelphia, PA. So I can't really give any review about the service since the gentleman was by himself. Especially that I asked for extra tomato on my burger, he didn't put me ANY, and I asked for my burger to be medium cooked however it was extra well done, and that wasn't his fault but yours, I don't blame him.

App is not very user-friendly. It asks you to select items to add them, but then you also have to select items to deselect them? Why not just design the UI to check on and check off to select/deselect? It's very confusing whether you are adding it or removing it... For example, the sweet potato fries. I have to deselect the cinnamon sugar to remove it, but then I also have to select the marshmallow fluff to remove it. How does that make any sense? Terrible design. AI can do better I'd bet.
