For the moment, I’d say the app offers pretty much what one needs. One small but important downside, in my opinion, is that it’s not available in English. While I absolutely believe it’s important for everyone to learn Nederland, the learning process takes different amounts of time depending on individual circumstances. Unfortunately, dealing with administrative and bureaucratic matters doesn’t wait for us to fully master the language. Adding an English option would make the app more accessible

The app logs you out l, and you need to log back in with ItsMe. This flow doesn't make sense for an app and is just basically just a frontend for the website. The UX is bad, everything is in confusing places. If you receive a message about "dienstencheques" there is nowhere to click to actually go to the place where the action is needed.

The app was super laggy while I used the chat support function and drew a blank screen when I received a reply. The chat was gone on forced reboot. Chat shouldn't be dependent on the app session, especially given the queuing feature, I'd expect the user to be able to switch to another app.
