Originally had a server error, but the issue was my password had special character that wasn't allowed. Revised password and it's working fine now.

If I could give negative stars I would. Previously our school district used a different app which was mostly accurate and reliable. This is our 3rd day of school and this app is HORRIBLE. Not accurate, can't watch the bus route to know how close it is or if our kids made it to school, notifies me that my kids missed the bus after I watch them get on the bus, nothing good about this app. Please do better. -Signed every parent/guardian forced to use this app.

If your password has a special character, the app will fail to open with a can't connect to server error. Customer service and help is non-existent for individual users. Bus route updates are clunky, updating like every 30s or so with a screen refresh. You can't see other stops on the map, and once the bus arrives at your stop, you no longer get updates (which would be helpful to see when it reaches the school or to get your child to a different stop). ETA is only helpful when one stop away.

Update: the bus doesn't even show up anymore. And disappears. I mean it works. But there's no way to see the bus after my kid gets picked up?? I want to see the full bus route until they get to school. Also, the red arrival time at the bottom right if the screen is small and hard to read. Hope no one color-blind has to use this app.

After registering, I can't log in. It says cannot connect to server. Dumb. Who chose this app for the Bethel Park school district?

the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
