AWFUL. Does not accurately track drop off times, times are built in to the app days in advance. No way to actually see when your child is dropped off. Will randomly say "vehicle location unavailable". Will never recommend

Since school started 2025 I had trouble tracking Lake Otis elementary school bus morning route. December's time, the problem started with tracking evening bus. This was when my son had only one bus route number. Around this time transportation added a different bus, one for morning, one for evening. I had trouble tracking bus 127 evening bus. During these times I would report by messaging transportation. I followed all guides then gave up workes 30%. Need for my kid 🤬

I'm not sure if it's an app issue or issue with the transportation communication but the app is never updated with bus changes or accurate times.
