I love this app, I can pinpoint how far my kids buses are and how much time they have left to make it to their buses. I love the fact it notifies me when the bus has entered the 1 mile vac entity. Great app.

Great app especially for getting the kids to school on time. Especially with knowing how far the buses from where you live, the only downfall is it doesn't give you an exact amount of time or an eta to when the bus arrives at your stop, so you have to guesstimate daily

I don't know who's getting accurate transport time but not me! Why does my bus say im on it when im still at my stop? Why does it say my bus shows to my stop at 6:30 but my bus has now "picked me up" AND left the stop before 6:45 (the time it says it leaves my stop)? More accurately, the bus is LEAVING my stop at 6:10? No notification when it's within a one-mile radius either. Why do I even have this app when I could be on the bus by estimation myself?

I have 2 kids the older one goes to middle school and the other one in elem.my 1st child's school bus is accurate with live update morning and afternoon however for my 2nd child there is no Live update, no notification within the set-up radius of distance, in that case all you have to do is go to pick/drop off point waiting in this very cold weather. Call center is not there to help always (no answer) and they are not late for few minutes sometimes 1hr from the said original shed of arrival

Doesn't track the bus, notifications are delayed, and notifications are not posting accurate times. Times are 10 hours off. Would also like the option to turn off notifications when the bus is "on time", I only want a notification if something is abnormal.
