Over all the display on the map is good, but the driver has to report that they are having scan issues with the platform so the parents can get an actual location of the bus on the maps. Thank goodness that my child has another child's location to monitor the bus location. I would miss the bus without them and have to be out for a ride for that d ay with no transportation. The platform is great overall

I really love that our kid's school offers this. It's so nice to know when the kids are on the bus and off the bus, and my favorite feature of all is definitely the follow the bus feature!

Timing is inaccurate. Notifications are late or non-existent, my kid's drop-off location is incorrect, and I've been unable to get it corrected.

I got a piece of paper from the school describing that this app will be able to allow me to view the bus route as well as be given an accurate pick-up and drop off time... neither of those are true. The app has never shown me the route the bus takes. Nor does it give me accurate drop off information. It is always inaccurate.

Old App (Here Comes the Bus) was MUCH better... we can not get this one to show where the bus is on the map and the notifications don't come through. We use it much less because it really does nothing except show the scheduled times for pickup and drop off. There aren't really any real-time updates.
