Works well to pay you utilities bills. The usage meter is only monthly and doesn't help me see what I use until after I receive the bill.

After reading the many 1-star reviews, I expected it to be a complete mess, but it was very easy to set up my account and sign in. I am able to manage one-time and auto-payments very easily. Usage history, as well as billing and payment history, is also simple to view. Maybe I'll have a hiccup later, but so far it has been a great experience.

Worst billing app ever. I have never been able to sign into this app without having an issue, and I've had it for 3 years. Now today, I sign in, it tells me I've been signed out immediately. I sign back in, click utility billing, says I don't have a billing account even though I do. Try to reconnect billing with app, pops up again that I'm signed out due to inactivity even though I just clicked the button. Everything I click on billing it logs me out, and I have no option to re-link bill

It freaking sucks! I'm having so much trouble! It won't let me add another payment option. It won't let me remove an inactive account. If I try to do any of that it will say error or sign me out or say fail. It's freaking frustrating.

Just moved, and this is the app to pay my bills. It doesn't have my city on it at all. Even went through every city in TX just to make sure. What a POS.
