Comments on CorrectPay (Legacy) for Android

★★★★☆ Jay Canavan · Jan 27, 2026

I only get four stars cuz every time I go to low game it is hard to navigate to be able to just fund the inmate, but it is better than having to sit there waiting on somebody to answer the phone and pay put money on that way

★★★★★ Clyde Byrd · Dec 28, 2025

Helped me be able to talk to my queen when I was locked up thanks you all lil expensive on some things but the free visit I do appreciate

★★★★☆ lisa gilson · Jun 8, 2025

Makes it easy to make court ordered payments. Very easy to navigate, and you can keep track of the payments you've made

★★★★★ Michelle Delhommer · Aug 2, 2025

This app works really good. Only the thing is that if your phone moves side to side, but he races everything and starts you from the beginning.

★☆☆☆☆ Shannon Williams · Dec 7, 2025

I don't even want to put any stores on this. Because this company is money hungry and really taking advantage of people because you can't imagine anything around on your account. It can't be transparent from messages to send messages to be able to get some phone calls. It's not loud and oh, they won't even give you a refund either they want you to continuously deposit money? If you want to message your tonight, that's one of the positive. If you want to take it, phone calls, that's a separate depo

Worst app. The latest update the app did it messed with the volume. I can only hear my husband if I have my ear buds in. if I don't have them in I can't hear him at all on the video visit. I contacted support, and they said they don't see any issues with the app. It will randomly kick you off. It takes forever to load. If your phone turns just a little sideways it will kick you out even if your phone rotation is off. The bugs need to be fixed. I would like to talk to my husband without my earbud

Hangs up during video visitation. TRASHHHH. LOGS YOU OUT CONTINUOUSLY
