I love this app. My daughter is incarcerated in a Federal prison. This app has been the only way we have had communication for the last 2 years. We can do visit and see each other. Great for her daughter whom really needs the visits. These help her so much. We can do email's as well. You just can't beat that unless a person could see them in person. This isn't our case and so many more. She is all the way across the U.S. I am not able to travel due to my health issues.

I can't get past login page to even run this testing keep hearing about. As soon as I log in all it says is that there has been no video session requested. I never can get past the login page because of that there is no option to test anything there is no option to do anything other than to login and once I do, it tells me there's no video session requested, so I don't even have anything to accept this app is dumb

This app says on one hand my phone is not capitable for video visits but the screenshots I took look like my phone is indeed compatible. What's the issue with my phone I have screenshots of the test results why is my phone not able to video visit.?

Says ping fails but have no issues with any other apps. Connection and Wi-Fi is fine
