This app rarely if ever works when it's time to have a video visit. The visits via phone/ laptop are the only option to see and talk to my incarcerated loved one. The video lags and cuts off suddenly. This app can and absolutely should be updated and straightened out. It's not a top priority for a company to assist convicts and felons to connect w/ there kids, partners, family and loved one's. It sucks to be excited and ready to have a video visit & it works for only 6 minutes. Such a let-down.

You have to give 1 star to leave a review. App will not connect to server. And says video session unavailable no matter what you do. Worthless app and a major waste of valuable time. Very frustrating and difficult to even get to that part.

This app says on one hand my phone is not capitable for video visits but the screenshots I took look like my phone is indeed compatible. What's the issue with my phone I have screenshots of the test results why is my phone not able to video visit.?
