For the family/friends of in incarcerated victim...you can send mail by text off your phone or pictures, and you can message them, and they can call you, and you can do visitations through this app, and you can put money on their account, so they can order games or phone time or even commissary...it's very convent...saves a lot of gas and waiting in line

Only thing I like is messages, pictures, & the 30 sec video. First off every time I click on the app it opens to where it says Secures comes on then kicks me out of the app to sign back on again. Second why is the texting option on the online & in the app when the facility doesn't have it? Also, my messages don't go through on the weekends. On the photo ID section in one place it shows you can put front and back of license but on the app only shows front of license. It's a complete nightmare.

4.7 Stars? FAKE REVIEWS POSTED BY SECURES. Taxpayer rip off. Secures punishes volunteer outreach workers, overcharges, refuse to fix technology. Inmates can't access passwords, taxpayers are paying. Secures is paid, prisoners don't get visits or phone calls. This is a publicly traded corporation on the stock market-don't help anyone. Pop-up assistant harvesting your device info, does nothing. Customer service"accidentally" hangs up, supervisors never call back. Liars. Leeches. Evil humans. RIP OFF
