It's great to see your loved one on visits from your phone

★☆☆☆☆ TheFoolinthe rainn · Sep 16, 2026

4.7 Stars? FAKE REVIEWS POSTED BY SECURES. Taxpayer rip off. Secures punishes volunteer outreach workers, overcharges, refuse to fix technology. Inmates can't access passwords, taxpayers are paying. Secures is paid, prisoners don't get visits or phone calls. This is a publicly traded corporation on the stock market-don't help anyone. Pop-up assistant harvesting your device info, does nothing. Customer service"accidentally" hangs up, supervisors never call back. Liars. Leeches. Evil humans. RIP OFF

★★☆☆☆ Ev Wyena · Sep 16, 2026

Doesn't work as great as it used to. Won't even let me answer the calls like it used to. Nothing changed for my phone other than I have to reset my phone, sometimes it opens, but sometimes I can't even open the app just to read inmates text messages. The phone video calls cost more than a video visit, and don't have set schedule video visit sessions.
