I can not find the prison my husband is in. corcoran prison in calif. Plus it is not letting me sign in. I hate this app

Worst service ever. Calls are horrible. Always cutting in and out or rooting. Such a shame CDCR switched from GTL. It's almost impossible to communicate with my loved one effectively.

Advance Connect is so buggy I can't use it. When I try to add my loved one's facilities the list is incomplete. I've tried to add two different Texas facilities and neither are on the list, but I have both people on eMessage, so I have verified they are set up. I called the support phone number but just got the same prompt loop over and over without a prompt to actually get help with my issue.
