I wish we had this technology 10 years ago. Secures has come a long way technology wise. And it's great that the prisons now supply tablets to make it super easy to communicate with our loved ones that are incarcerated. You can send real time text messages along with e-cards, emails, pictures and videos AND you can add money to their debit account for commissary or on their media account. It's an all-in-one app that will surely make things easier on everyone instead of using multiple sites

I have been trying to set up a video call with my spouse for 3 days now, so he can interact with his almost 1-year-old after never being apart and as soon as I go to select the date or time it tells me to try again later because it's having difficulties 4th day trying, and I'm exhausted of it
