I DID FINALLY GET MY VISITATION ID WHICH UOU NEED TO PAY YOUR BACKGROUND FEE. AND I'm STILL WAITING. IF IT WEREN'T FOR THIS APP I WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM.EXPENSIVE!

Poorly made app. I can't even get past the login because there is a constant pop up message saying "Error we are currently experiencing technical difficulties." I still have yet to actually make it into the app itself after creating an account. Do not recommend, and it seems from the other reviews it doesn't function well at all for the money it costs to do a video call. I suggest sticking to regular phone calls. This is not worth it.

Doesn't work. Video calls just stopped going through. Securus is useless in solving this problem. They just read back a script that has to do with setup. It already has worked, so secures is the problem. Good luck getting through seven menus when you call. I hate this app. Hate it.

Awful! I'm lucky if I get to speak to my loved one twice a week....out of 25 or more calls! It's choppy, can't understand what my loved one is saying, on top is the fact my own voice echos back bar loud in my ear! I miss GTL! I hate this app
