A way 2 contact your loved one(s) whenever you want! I'd think everyone would appreciate this opportunity! Remember-there would be weeks with NO CONTACT. Then you'd get a handwritten letter.... then you feel a little happy & excitement in your stomach. It takes you 8 minutes to read his letter, then it takes you 45 minutes to write him one back, but there's still no real contact. So having this available at all is wonderful!

When I signed up for this service after my brother arrived, I filled out the information for online visits and other ways to communicate and support my brother when he needs it the most I really liked the idea but now the information is not here. Only information to put money in his account no place to schedule an online visit, it's not even mentioned now.

It won't even let me get off of the sign-in page. It scrolls back up to the inactivity information. I've only been able to successfully log 8n one time to send money

Posted 8/2025 I can't deposit any money into my trust fund for my inmate it continues to tell me I am not an approved depositor and that's not true I am approved, this app sucks right now I need to get my inmate money! The facility doesn't help when contacting them the moment you say GTL they say you have to contact them. I still cannot add money to my inmates account and It's May 2026! His DOB is also wrong! When is this going to be fixed!

It won't let me select a state or facility to continue adding an inmate.
