The app sucks!!!! I've been trying for a month now to send money to an inmate. It keeps telling me my transaction can not be completed and to try again later, customer service number is no help, you will just be on hold, no one ever answers.

If I could give this app no stars that is actually what I would do. Customer service has no knowledge very rude and disrespectful. It's the wrong ID then it will not let you add inmates even after having this app for over 6 years. I really believe JPay was better than this via path. The download show one thing but once in the app it shows another. Still have not been able to set up my account to send money to love one phone or trust fund only on my end. Just throw the hold in the trash can.🤬
