Been on the phone 5 times today with the call center, Hung up on 5 times and no return calls. Someone stole 5500 dollars, and it is like they are involved the way they are acting.wow, even call the FBI and got hung up on today

The new layout is harder to see my account details, know what's going on and takes more clicks to move around. It's supposed to look "new" but the design just comes off as if it looks good on the surface. The UI team definitely did not do their testing very well

Hate the new layout and look. It was much easier on the eyes to have the dollar amounts on the right side and not under each charge. It is also hard to differentiate between pending and posted charges. Please fix the layout!! I use this app sometimes multiple times a day!
