The new layout is harder to see my account details, know what's going on and takes more clicks to move around. It's supposed to look "new" but the design just comes off as if it looks good on the surface. The UI team definitely did not do their testing very well

it's very confusing. My cards say visa debit and visa platinum. The app says something totally different for each account. And there is no card number on either account, so I can tell the difference. There is a "card management" button for each account but they both take me to the same card to manage. The credit builder section lists 3 amounts. When I deposited money it shows a negative amount. When I owe money it shows a positive amount. And the third amount is a complete mystery. The most confuse

Been on the phone 5 times today with the call center, Hung up on 5 times and no return calls. Someone stole 5500 dollars, and it is like they are involved the way they are acting.wow, even call the FBI and got hung up on today

Mobile check deposit: This has worked flawlessly until about a month ago where the same checks I've been cashing for YEARS consistently fail forcing me to make a trip to the bank. Balance updates: They are consistently late and wrong. There are times I thought I had more money on my account than I realized because my balance update would show one amount while loging into my account showed me another. Transfer to transfer: I have two accounts and transferring from one to the other doesn't work.
