A great app for a great Credit Union. I opened my first checking account ever with then Citizen's First almost 20 years ago, and doubt I will ever leave. The only issue I've had in the app is with mobile deposit, which often has trouble reading obviously written statements like "for mobile deposit" or, today, the clearly written date. Often have to take the pictures more than once. But hey, I can deposit checks on my phone, so, not that big a deal.

I like the app & verve itself but, for some reason this app won't let me make an account so that I can do online banking, check my balances & ETC. Which REALLY is VERY ANNOYING considering I have to call Verve's 800# to check my balances & anything else I NEED to do Which sucks!!!!! So, I REALLY would like u guys to fix this for me 🙏🏼🤔 PLEASE & THANK YOU 😏

My phone won't opent the first PDF I can't use the app. Plees fix. My phone can open PDF files so IDK why I can't open it.

Your new update is horrible, you took the ease of having an app and made it difficult by removing the log in pin. I now have to log in using username and password which on the go is not ideal. Ever since the update the app seems to struggle to load between pages and is very clunky. I'm having issues just logging in because it continues to say error. And no don't ask me to call you for assistance just fix your app.
