★★☆☆☆ So I haven't even gotten to fully use the app yet. I can get all the way to the pàrt where you pick your pics, and you can now put filters on and edit them. At the top talks' bout "insuring" your pics in case not delivered. Scroll down to the bottom, and it says you can either click, Yes! I want to insure pics or, No, thanks, right beneath. Can u fix that, so I can finally hit the No, thanks button? He's been waiting forever for them, but I'm not in a situation to have a card or money for that matter.

★★☆☆☆ Wow... I lost EVERYTHING after the update. Not only an inmate info but also history and ALL of my points for every dollar spent. This sucks... I'm very upset that inmate info got erased.
