This is the first time I have ever tried to send anything to a prison. This process is not what I expected even when I paid for an express delivery. I'm not happy with the delivery time that was told to me and written in the app. I ordered pictures on the 26th of last month. They did not go out to the 31st of last month. And they are still not there. And I paid for express delivery, thinking that the pictures will get there at the same time as the first one. But nothing has arrived. So NO don't.

I ordered and my person never received the pictures good luck trying to get a hold of anyone. Never got my pictures back even paid for the delivery assurance. App is easy to use but rather pay the price I'll mail my own

Pictures get there it's the greeting card that doesn't I order a Valentine's Day card on Feb 3 and sent Pictures my husband got the pictures but not the Valentine's Day card he still waiting its March 16th messaged the lady, and she kept saying my card would be there and reach out to the jail they did not send my card I'm not asking them to go beyond I'm just asking them to do what I paid for you taking money not delivering looking for new app
