You're able to send messages, pictures and have video chats with loved ones. Prices are my only complaint at this time.

Wasted my time completing the lengthy registration just for it to tell me every username under the sun already existed. Went to the login and used my information, and it tells me the "user is inactive" which made absolutely no sense, so, long story short, I immediately uninstalled the app. Only tried it because I can't get Jail funds, which is what I recommend highly over this app and all apps similar. Use Jail funds instead. Trust me.

I used to get notifications when I received a message, now I don't for some reason. I have to literally open the app to see if I have a message. Also, 25.¢ per message, 5.¢ per emoji, and .50¢ per picture, and if the picture gets rejected you don't get your money back!!! I mean they are making a killing off this app!! I know of a county jail where there texts are only .5¢ per txts. Which is more reasonable to me. Company's like this though ONLY care about making a dollar...SMH!!!

Example $1.20= 1 SOUP ETC. N NOW THIS 2 COMMUNICATE W/ THEIR CHILDREN (SUFFERING) JUST TAKING MORE N MORE $ FROM THE FAMILY WHO USUALLY MISSING THE MAN OF THE HOUSE THE BREAD WINNER, SO WHILE THE WIFE/MOTHER STRESSES ON THE BILLS U HAVE LEECHES LIKE THIS BIZ, THEIR NOT GIVIN A SERVICE!
