★★☆☆☆ I have had 9 kinds of hell just trying to use it. Put money on. The prepaid phone it finally worked after 15 tries. Had to buy another prepaid debit card to put monet on my husband's books, and it suspended my account for fraudulent activity. Correct solutions are the ones with fraudulent activity going on. Don't know if my husband will even be able to call me now because it won't even let me log in to my account. This app. Is such a joke. The developer gets rich while inmates get f%$$ ed!!!!🤬🤬

★★☆☆☆ It was a little difficult at first but once you get the hang of it. The fees are astronomical you figure every day the amount of money going in and on top of that we as family members have to pay. So not only are we paying emotionally but also financially. And they of course want more out of us, so they charge you a very high fee more than what it cost to cash a check. To them, it's nothing, but you add it up daily. I'm sure it's in the 5 to 5 digit profit daily and all it is a computer doing this
