Love it! Very easy to use, & when in doubt actually PEOPLE are available through" contact us" and any questions are answered right then. I left 1 star out only because I can only add $$ from My card 2 times a week. Then the 3rd time I must call to do it. Hoping that changes soon. App works really well. The fees associated with each transaction are a bit much. Reminds me of bank ATM fees to get cash. However, you have no other choices to avoid the fees since the "service" is contracted with the prisons. Plus the charge per minute (.21 cent) is 3× that of Secures Technology (.07 cent) plus taxes and fees. A 15-minute phone call easily is plus $4 with Correct Solutions. While Secures is $1.58 for 15 minutes with taxes and fees. It's highway robbery to communicate.

Forcing us to use multiple CC cards instead of just allowing a higher amount and charging a higher fee is ridiculous. Here I am putting money on an inmates' commissary account, and it feels like I'm having to trick the system/break rules to do it. It just feels shady for multiple reasons, though no issues with it getting to the inmate.

You cannot use the same card now than once a week. What kind of ridiculous rule is that? And if we only have one card? Thanks for no help

GREAT IDEA FOR APP=HORRIBLE ACTUAL FUNCTIONALITY N SEEMS IGNORANTLY DESIGNED ESPECIALLY WHEN EXCESSIVELY OVERPRICED COST PER CAL. Never functioned as advertised. Features/options it claims to offer, completely FALSE. NEVER been able to use ADD FACILITY OR ADD INMATE, never finds or even pulls either up. Offers add$ to phone# n WON'T allow, instead only thing is to purchase pin debit VERY FRUSTRATING especially when so EXPENSIVE
