You would think it would be easy to navigate being so simple and all, except you can't change any credit card information or in fact, the facility, the system's not even working. So I can't send money anyway. To Henry County, jail. Ga

Hasn't been working for weeks. Trying to send money, continuously says error. Talked to a representative told me it's an error on my end and that I need to call my bank when I've sent money on the same card before.

It's the worst I can't send any money because I can't get authentication I wish they all had Global Tel Link it's a lot easier
