We've had an account there since 1989. Service is good. We don't care for the "online" people you have to speak to when you need something other than normal banking. Seems impersonable. But we will still bank there.

Signed up bank account on 10/14. Said we would have access to all in 10 days. Installed app on 10/30. Tells me my information is not right. Still no bank card. No way to use this credit union. They are placing holds on all money deposited. Totally NOT HAPPY WITH THIS!

Will absolutely steal your money! I had a checking account & a loan through them. I fell upon hardship & could not pay on my loan, so they took it directly from my checking account knowing I could not afford it. They're basically loan sharks. Good luck!

App will not open. Force stopping, even uninstalling does not fix the issue. It just sits on the blue launch screen with the wheel spinning endlessly
