Having the app and being able to make mobile deposits has been a game changer for this single mom who works 50+ hrs a week. I would hold onto to checks for weeks just not having the time. I also must open the app from the play store every time. Delete the app then reinstalled; still have to open from the app store. Very annoying

Is still new to me, so I still have to keep putting my information in before I was able to save it and by the way I have an analog phone and from my understanding the people with the analog phones were having more problems with people with iPhones, so I don't know if my radio is fair or unfair, but I'm just giving you my reply back!!! But I love next day

So far the new app is rough. Only positive is it it opens, so I guess that's a start. First off, I have a Galaxy S21 and when I have the App open the keyboard doesn't work. It will Open and close until the app crashes rendering it useless. My wife was able to get it to work, however it asks for every possible data and permissions you can imagine. SSN, zip code, location, Mandatory Notifications, ect. I don't know why you need all of this when you didn't before. Also, you can't use the old App.
