Jax federal credit union is a great bank except for when you apply for loans after three years of being with them, they still won't help you establish credit. I have met several nice employees though over the years.

Set up a joint loan with me and my daughter. Loan only shows my name. Bait and switch. DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM RADII. This didn't happen under JaxFCU. Iykyk#

Now it only allows me to take a photo of the front side of a check, and when I try to take a photo of the reverse, it gives me an endorsement reminder EVERY time and will not allow me to take the photo. Still a worthless app.

App will not accept uploads of images needed to resolve issues with bank account. Error received images exceeds space.

It was a good app. I decided to go login on my account, but for some reason it would not let me in. It keeps saying my password is incorrect, when it isn't. I wrote down my username and password. I log in all good before. Now I have to contact the office.
