Version management is terrible! The app will NOT let me continue because it says there is a newer version of the app. However, Google Play Store says I have the latest version.....help me! So now I can't even use it!!

Lemme tell you. These people going to charge us 1.00 every time we send letters. It's ridiculous. It should be 25 cents. I'm going to only using getting out. This app is worthless

The app has never been a problem, but there's no guarantee your letter will be delivered once it's processed by the facility. Out of six letters only one was delivered to my LO. I lost $1.49 for each letter making this app a little bit costly.
