This is an excellent app to keep in touch with incarcerated loved ones. My fiancée and I love it. You can send cards tons of pictures right from your phone, and its quick and easy. You can do it from anywhere. There is no need to go to a post office or to pay tons of money to print pictures and deal with the hassle of sending them to the prison. And they have top-notch customer service, my issue was resolved within 24hrs, I'd recommend Text behind to anyone who has a loved one incarcerated

Will not allow me to create account because it will not clear

This app is all of a sudden NOT working. It is one out. Of not many ways to stay in contact with my husband and IT.DOES NOT WORK. It was working up until my phone told me it needed an update, so I updated the app, and now it's NOT working. NOT HAPPY

The app was working fine for me. It popped up for me to update and once I did, the app will not let me message the inmate. Every time I go to click on text letter and de person's name pops up, after that it will either stay the app isn't responding or it will close out automatically by itself.
