★★★★★ This is an excellent app to keep in touch with incarcerated loved ones. My fiancée and I love it. You can send cards tons of pictures right from your phone, and its quick and easy. You can do it from anywhere. There is no need to go to a post office or to pay tons of money to print pictures and deal with the hassle of sending them to the prison. And they have top-notch customer service, my issue was resolved within 24hrs, I'd recommend Text behind to anyone who has a loved one incarcerated

★★★★★ So much easier and simple using this ap to keep in touch with your loved ones that are incarcerated! You can write your loved one or send pictures or a holiday card!

★★☆☆☆ Version management is terrible! The app will NOT let me continue because it says there is a newer version of the app. However, Google Play Store says I have the latest version.....help me! So now I can't even use it!!

★★☆☆☆ I can't get into the app, I keep receiving an error message and the app as an update Version and needs to be updated, but when I go into the app store, there's no update. I will need help with this or my money back.

★★☆☆☆ Inmates mail out letters. They are scanned and are UNREADABLE, BLURRY.YOU CAN'T DOWNLOAD THEM EITHER. Not a fair app at all to the inmate or the writer. Expanding makes, seeing what was written harder to read. They SHOULD just let them text on their tablet. So it can be READ by receiver. Only the photos we send me. Is only reason I keep the app.
