They forgot to put my boyfriend's inmate number on the letter, and it was returned to me, and they won't refund my money waste of time waste of energy waste of money! He also keeps telling me that I should have added the inmate number which cannot be done by me because the letter is being mailed by them inmate number has to be addressed on the outside of the envelope with the inmates name otherwise it is undeliverable you failed to do so bottom line and no I cannot resend the message in the app!!

I don't even want to give them 1 star. If you are not absolutely positive you can communicate with your loved one on this app DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY ON HERE. They will not refund you at all. Its already expensive so to mess up not knowing how any of this works I put 20 I tried to cancel and refund right away, and they denied my refund told me just to send the email, so I tried it got sent back saying it was not able to send that cause of that it didn't cost me. How is that when I don't get it back

DO NOT ASK THIS COMPANY FOR ASSISTANCE THey will call you a liar and demean you via email. Not worth the time to attempt to use it. Their customer service flat out sucks. Won't let me add photos not a single direction on how to purchase credits no response to requests for help. Absolute nightmare. NOTE TO DEVELOPERS: sent messages, there is no help item that addresses credits. It won't let me create a message without credits. Can't upload photos, won't send plain message nada.
