I have been having problems with secures e-messaging, many e-messages from other inmates show up on my account which secures isn't keeping messages confidential.turned in a ticket 5 months ago and the problem continues, I have never experienced problems with you guy's. DO NOT ASK THIS COMPANY FOR ASSISTANCE THey will call you a liar and demean you via email. Not worth the time to attempt to use it. Their customer service flat out sucks. Won't let me add photos not a single direction on how to purchase credits no response to requests for help. Absolute nightmare. NOTE TO DEVELOPERS: sent messages, there is no help item that addresses credits. It won't let me create a message without credits. Can't upload photos, won't send plain message nada.

Caused serious grief in my family. This app was supposed to deliver a letter to Janesville but then my guy got sent to Elmira. Penmate delivered my letter to the juative center in Syracuse instead!!! Neither if the jailed he was in!! My guy thought I hadn't written him in two months... He had his parents take my car away and evict keep from his houses all because pen mate didn't deliver my letter to the correct jail. Then, they said that I "already used my one letter credit that they gave me"

They forgot to put my boyfriend's inmate number on the letter, and it was returned to me, and they won't refund my money waste of time waste of energy waste of money! He also keeps telling me that I should have added the inmate number which cannot be done by me because the letter is being mailed by them inmate number has to be addressed on the outside of the envelope with the inmates name otherwise it is undeliverable you failed to do so bottom line and no I cannot resend the message in the app!!
