I'm not a person that likes to write I can do online but pen and paper not my thing this app extremely simple easy answer like 5 questions for the inmate search and connect you instantly pretty awesome of course after you get approved it helped me find and start communication with someone I was looking for that I haven't seen for years thank you pen mate

DO NOT ASK THIS COMPANY FOR ASSISTANCE THey will call you a liar and demean you via email. Not worth the time to attempt to use it. Their customer service flat out sucks. Won't let me add photos not a single direction on how to purchase credits no response to requests for help. Absolute nightmare. NOTE TO DEVELOPERS: sent messages, there is no help item that addresses credits. It won't let me create a message without credits. Can't upload photos, won't send plain message nada.

They forgot to put my boyfriend's inmate number on the letter, and it was returned to me, and they won't refund my money waste of time waste of energy waste of money! He also keeps telling me that I should have added the inmate number which cannot be done by me because the letter is being mailed by them inmate number has to be addressed on the outside of the envelope with the inmates name otherwise it is undeliverable you failed to do so bottom line and no I cannot resend the message in the app!!

I sent my son mail on July 15 and here we are Aug 14, and he still hasn't received his mail. They just keep asking me the same questions and never got resolved.
