This app is awful. They take your $11.95, and it's snail mail. Ked me to believe its email, but it's not. I sent a letter 7/11/24, and it was stamped refused return to sender. What a waste of money!

This app sucks. It's expensive, more expensive than access correction. It's a rip off. It's too slow. A letter took 8 days to arrive. You get very little room to write. I'm sending letters to the Bexar County jail, so they lead you to believ your message will be electronically delivered, ut it's sent by regular mail. You're supposed to be able to send pictures, but you can't. When he got my letter it arrived at a kiosk. It was a picture of my letter. It cost me $30 for 15 messages and no pics.

I don't even want to give them 1 star. If you are not absolutely positive you can communicate with your loved one on this app DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY ON HERE. They will not refund you at all. Its already expensive so to mess up not knowing how any of this works I put 20 I tried to cancel and refund right away, and they denied my refund told me just to send the email, so I tried it got sent back saying it was not able to send that cause of that it didn't cost me. How is that when I don't get it back
