It's so nice to be able to stay in touch with my incarcerated loved one. I love the app, it's easy to navigate and straightforward in the functions. The only slight complaint I would have is I wish I could use emojis.

I have been trying for 3 DayZ it won't let me log in it keeps saying the app isn't working constant problems.

Can't log in saying wrong Email or Password I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, and it keeps saying it, so I can't get to send anything to a federal Prison

This app is worthless... I paid to be able to know when my loved one messages and to be able to respond on the go away from my computer but the app always says syncing and never allows me to see the messages let alone respond. If I had known I was going to have to access it through web browser I wouldn't have paid for any part of this app! Fix the issues!!!!
