This app is horrible I lost $44 before I finally got the account set up correctly. Can I have to use $44 of my gas money for the week, so it is what it is? Support they said that neither transaction showed up on their end but yeah it came out of my account 22 and 22 equals 44 that's crazy I don't know why it's not showing up on their end, so I got no credit

This is the worst service I have ever had to pay for. The absolute lack of common sense is amazing. Has anyone ever see a decimal point on a Landline phone. Or better why would a service for jail inmates. Not have a kiosk right next to the one people use to put money on the inmates' commissary for the phone. Or offer better yet. Certain amounts ranging from 10.00 to say 50.00 dollars like they used to 10 years ago. I Will be so glad when common sense. Comes back into fashion.

It was great when I first downloaded it, but soon it started having problems. Now it won't let me text more than 10 spaces then every letter vanishes. I emailed customer support and got no response. So overall I'm very disappointed because they don't mind taking my money to text 😳😡 Sometimes the call quality is really bad or drops calls 😡😡😡

My daughters locked up n sends request every day n they finally after a week of them approving it they say failed because background check over a charge I got over a girl having something on her, I didn't know about n fleeing what a mess after waiting all this time to talk to her and paying money already now I gotta try n have someone relay a message to her explaining why I don't accept her collect calls I'm disabled n not allowed to work
