HomeWAV Mobile App Features: - New to HomeWAV? Create a free account. - Returning visitor? Login with your username and password. - Fully registered and approved visitors will be able to choose the facility and add inmate. - See available funds, add funds or transfer funds. - Add, update or change credit/debit information. - Only pay for the minutes you use. No plans or packages. - Once logged in, the inmate will see you are available and can initiated a phone call, video call or message (*If allowed by facility). - Visitor will receive notification once inmate is logged in. - Easily schedule onsite visits (*If allowed by facility). - No scheduling required for remote video visitations.
For best results, a WIFI connection and use of headset are suggested. Note: Not available at all facilities. Phone and video costs will vary.

I like that, but it just is kinda irritating me. Because I keep on setting visits up, and somehow he accepts them, but you guys cancel them a day before or something like that. And I get one a week, I should be able to get three like I used to I don't understand

We love it, especially considering the alternative. We never have a problem adding money, sending messages, whether its pics, videos or simple texts. It takes a few seconds less than 10 to connect via video and sometimes lags a bit but not often. Alot of rhe problems have to do with the tablets or kiosk machines and ear buds and thr condition in my opinion at thr facility. A bit expensive but worth it to me and us

Unfortunately I've used this app several times in the last 4 years. I've never had a problem until now. It will not allow me to send pictures cannot figure it out I've sent them before and other people can send them

How on earth does one become -$610 in the hole for phone and video calls because my fiancée mother's debit card which was on my account also because we took turns paying for her commissary and phone calls her great nephew for the last 3 months has cleared out her bank account on porn and the bank confirmed that but yet they say since her bank refunded her the money although homeward was NOT part of any fraud they put MY account only in the -600 dollars, and I'll never get to talk to her again

App does not allow messages when it should. I have tried to message am inmate due to an emergency but the app says the inmate has been previously added. I contacted the facility, and they would not pass on the message. The app is supposed to allow payment for messaging for a facility applicable and with good internet connection will allow me to send a message, but it's saying I have "no connections"

It won't let me even get past the 2nd step for creating an account I'm so frustrated with this all I want is to be able to talk to the person I care about and this is the tease I don't need in my life currently
