Once the G.O.A.T but has now seriously fallen behind. Features are still up there with top-tier competitors but Barclays has failed to introduce any major updates for years. It's the same 10+ year old design which cannot complete with new age FinTechs. It's as if Barclays has stopped caring about innovation, they are relying on an aging legacy in the age of market disruptors. The UI needs a serious overhaul, and I would like to see the once legendary innovation return to the mobile app.

Please add the option to share receipts from transaction history as well for at least 10 days or a Month after the transaction made sense there's no screenshot option.

I have been using the barclays app for ages, but using it recently, I have been unable to log out of the app. I don't know if this is a bug or not, but you should sort this out in your next update

No statements available in app for amazon barclays card, I have reported the issue weeks ago, very frustrating!!!!

DO NOT BANK WITH BARCLAYS!!! Worst bank ever!!! Bank with them at your own risk. They just closed my current account down without any reasons or prior warning. They could have sent me information using the app, but no, they closed my account down, the account I have had for 14 years. I will be closing all the facilities I have with them, and my children will also be closing their accounts with Barclays.
