I have tried to log in on this Barclays App. You are unable to put your username in the box as the keyboard has only numerals. I spoke to one of Barclays team yesterday about the problem. He couldn't understand what I was telling him about only numeral keyboard. Absolute disgrace that they can't get it sorted.

Absolute disgrace. Now I can't access my account. And with high Street branch closing, I will be changing banks. There was nothing wrong with the previous Ap, now I can't log in as only have number keyboard but asks for username. Phoned Telephone banking, but they were as much use as a chocolate teapot. Shame on you Barclays.

I have this on my Samsung phone, and it is great, but it is rubbish on my Samsung Tablet. It wants my username, but only displays numbers? Very annoying. Barclays sort it out please.
