A little complicated asking too many questions and upset with the results but also what I didn't like it used in old credit score I had of April 2026 of 708 but right now my credit score is over 810 and Samsung gave me a low credit card limit 2k was hoping for at least five 10K credit card since my watch and my phone is already almost 2K.

Why is it that Barclay's requires my billing address, but then tells me it can't be a PO Box? You either want my billing address or you don't. I have been the victim of identity theft multiple times and have been told NOT to use my residential address as my billing address. Now I can't use the app. So I won't use the app anymore. Uninstalling.

I have to agree with other reviews that say that the app is pretty much useless for anything but checking your balance and making your payment. What I found most interesting was that I'm not the only one that they just lower your available credit with no warning. I've been a customer for several years and this will be the third time that they have just lowered my credit limit when I have never had a late payment in all the time I've had this card. Customer service has no answers. Terrible!
