I just have to give Barclays a well deserved, past due, good review, after so many years using their Priceline card! Truly an honorable Bank to work with! I never had any issues or drama with them, unlike other Banks and credit cards! Glad no matter what, there'll always be good people somewhere!.

Applied for a new JetBlue credit card offer while Booking a flight. That was approved in no time but was not allowed to use that new credit card, with all its hype about savings on everything JetBlue, yet I wasn't allowed to use it to pay for that flight. Received the card via USPS mail & had trouble trying to set up my personal checking account info for autopay. Got a message that said they were having trouble with it. Hope the rest of my experience with card is better, or I will Cancel.

Update: typical response, assuming every customer does Book or X and should take the extra time....ORIGINAL: Barclays has 10 years of horrible software programming with internet browsers and with this Android app now. Cannot even make a mobile deposit through this app.... Barclays needs to get some software programmers who understand there is no brick-and-mortar presence in the United States and only Internet service, so it needs to be better than average, not worse.

Don't trust this credit card company. I made a $1,000 payment, and the money was taken from my bank account, but it was never credited to my credit card balance. They took my money and failed to apply the payment. Be very careful if you do business with them, and make sure you keep all of your payment records.

Every month I go into my account to pay my bill on the due date, and it says "your account is past due and late fees have been charged". I've never actually been charged any late fees because I've never paid late, but I really don't appreciate seeing that message every month.
