So far so good. Just had one glitch when they bank information. I could not get the keyboard to go away to add bank when in the name field. I had to move the input to another field to put away the keyboard and the proceed button didn't work while in the name field. Using a s24 ultra

I have multiple accounts with Barclays. The app will not allow a payment for each account on the same day. I hit the payment button and the screen refreshes and goes back to the initial home screen. Update: clearing the cache resolved the issue. Thank you!

Love the app, but recently the biometric login doesn't come up on first open. I have to minimize and return to it to get the biometric login. I cleared my cache but it didn't help.

Don't get this credit card and expect to redeem your rewards to use beforehand. If you are a Carnival cruiser, when you redeem your points, you won't get it until the day of the cruise, when it defeats the purpose of purchasing things before your cruise like drinking packages or excursions when it's cheaper. I will be cancelling my credit card after my sailing. Hopefully other cruise lines are not connected to Barclay as well because this app sucks and always crashes.

Involved in transferring my account to citi which I intentionally left citi. Because they are horrible to do business with barclay seems to have inherited the same arrogance. On the app they tell me I have been transferred to citi. They even give me a link to citi to explain why.... x is not a sufficient channel but consumerfinance.gov/complaint is

Absolutely the worst app I have attempted to set up. Enter all the correct info (example 9 digit routing #), tells you don't have enough #s. I finally got my first payment set up & they rejected my pymt starting incorrect routing number. IT LOADED THE BANK NAME WHEN SET UP. Believe they are rejecting going for those late payment fees. Jokes on them, I still have two weeks before it's due.
