They suck almost as much as Frontier Airlines. They have good customer service over the phone, but their corporate policies leave much to be desired. Especially their partnership with Frontier Airlines. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A FRONTIER AIRLINES CREDIT CARD!!! Waste of time, money and points, in the end the annual fee and lack of a good reward system isn't worth it.

Absolutely the worst credit card provider there is. Why GM picked them for their card is a mystery. Worst security of all banking apps ive used. Avoid! I even cancelled the purchase of a GMC truck over Barclays incompetence.

Involved in transferring my account to citi which I intentionally left citi. Because they are horrible to do business with barclay seems to have inherited the same arrogance. On the app they tell me I have been transferred to citi. They even give me a link to citi to explain why.... x is not a sufficient channel but consumerfinance.gov/complaint is
