I love it!! In the past my greatest concern was not knowing if the kids were on the bus or not. With smart tags alert system, I know when they board the bus and when they get off at all stops. I've even gotten an alert telling the estimated time of arrival! Bravo, Smart tag. Bravo!

I can see where ever my son goes it tells me how far away the bus is and I don't have to worry about being late to the bus. I think that it is perfect.

I don't receive the notifications when the bus is picking up or dropping off my daughter. My notification setting are set to notify me, but it still doesn't happen. Have been going through this since last school year.

Revised review: The app is no longer useful. There is no map visability at all. You only get notified when your child gets on or off the bus. The app developers are timely in responding, but they have no control because the map is at the district discretion, but the districts never respond. Old review : Please allow us to see the map sooner. It only allows us to see the map once it sends a notification. It is easier to monitor when it will come if we can see the whole route

I was unable to link my student even after registering and logging in with the email address on file with the school district.
