I think it's really a wonderful app and concept. The customer service is also phenomenal. I think there is a problem with education and training on the client side -- we have a lot of issues with the app not working as intended, but it's usually because the district transportation staff (drivers, admin staff, etc.) are making an error.

The great hardworking folks with the Bus Where app definitely put some time in this weekend! The notifications worked this morning and the buses were visible on their routes. Nice job!

★★★★★ Christine “Chris” Williamson · Sep 12, 2025

I know exactly where my kids are at all times while in route to and from school

★★★★☆ Amina Amir · Jan 8, 2025

This idea is one of the best ideas if bus coming properly located on the app with approximate time because we can't wait outside a long because of weather or many other reasons for the school bus specially who have special need kids they have to wait so if seeing on the app, it's really helpful. Thanks for this app please make it more good and beneficial because often it's problematic

My family have moved but your app is still showing old stop for my kid. I need to know who changes the stops, so we can get an updated and most recent information about the bus for our children??????

★☆☆☆☆ Lauren Schreur · Aug 26, 2025

This App is garbage. If route shows, never tracks the bus, and doesn't alert or show bus left. Now I can't even get a map and just have a blue screen. I'm sure our district paid handsomely for the privilege of having a bunch of angry parents not able to know even if their kids left the school. What a waste.

★☆☆☆☆ Lisa Lockley · Oct 3, 2025

The app doesn't work most of the time. It's useless. It was fine when school first started but now i don't know what happened. doesn't help we also have bus issues as well. It just a fail right now. If it can ever work the way it was intended to then it would be a great tool. Until then, we have to deal with GPS not tracking along with all the other issues. Im hoping this issue can be fixed, so we can use the tool as it was expected to be used for.
