I didn't purchase the paid subscription for a couple of reasons; #1 being that an annual plan is the only subscription type offered which totaled well over $200 I believe. Reason #2 is because I am a new freelancer and wouldn't consider my business needs to be as extensive as the target member of business-in-a-box. HOWEVER, I did spend nearly an hour browsing through every category and saw the immense template library, and I can vouch that these tools are valuable X10!

The app and the website both suck, you have to wait 1000 years for it to login, it just keeps loading I don't have the time or patience to wait so long... Zero starts rating from me!!!!

Very good but needs to improve the app a lot when you accidently click on any forms, and you click on back you will have to start again from the 1st form and go the end there should be easy option and also read then download their should have been option to download all folders.
