I've been a bee for a few months and although the app can be glitchy at times, I have had no issues with the company itself. Sometimes life happens and bees have to cancel, but Busy Bees truly does all they can to cover the family. All the families and churches I've worked for have been great.

I love the babysitting service; every "Bee" I've had has been lovely. I just wish the app would work decently. It seems like every other time I try to use it it gives me a message that I need to upgrade the app and won't let me do anything until I do. Unfortunately, 9/10 times I already have the latest version, which results in a merry-go-round of uninstalling/reinstalling/restarting until it works. In some cases, this has resulted in me not getting messages from the babysitter. :(

There's always problems. It made me update, and now it says I still need to update. Sends me to the play store where it says "open" as update is complete but then app won't open. Restarted device and it continues to be an issue. I've so been waiting almost 2 weeks for someone to pick up my job request.

All the babysitters that I've hired through BB have been great, no issues at all. However, their app is terrible. I wish you could see reviews of the sitters that picked up your job and could also leave our own detailed review after every sitter. The only thing it asks after you've paid the sitter is if you would hire them again. I guess that's straight to the point, but it would be great to leave a detailed review for other parents to read.
