Totally a wast of time. When you look up all 9 hotels for a short stay they have all been taken. In all 19 hotels at the same time...

Doesn't let you search or filter for larger rooms. For them, it's like families with children don't exist.

The hotel initially did not acknowledge the reservation stating they have no record of the same, and I had to fight and wait for 1 hour to get a room. By hours were unreachable until several hours later. In the process had to take an office call from a noisy hotel lobby. I had a booking for the next day as well which the hotel asked me to cancel as they were fully booked. I emailed By hours about this, and they were asking me to ask the hotel to send a confirmation email regarding this.

That's such a scam! Booked metro hotel in London (Paddington area) at £49 (£5 upfront+44 at the hotel) but instead the hotel had no reservation from this website at all and had to pay £71! I might as well booked the Hilton for 3 hours!! Beware!
