Thankfully I haven't lost my dog to fully test this, but trial runs have been great. It's so easy to set up and I update their vaccine information when I have them updated at the vet's office. I also updated the dog sitters when we go out of town. Love this!

I always recommend Byte Tag to my friends and family. Nowadays everyone has a phone on them and with a simple scanned can provide so much information on a lost pet. I currently have two and just order another for my new puppy.

So far so good. Easy set up, app has its occasional glitches but overall a solid purchase and good enough to the point I only by byte tag. Maybe put an option in the profile indicate dating the pet has passed

Setup has been buggy. Error when trying to verify email. Also, error when trying to report the problem. This does not make me confident that the system works well.

Fix your app. I've asked before multiple times. I have 11 pets. I go to update their photos and they're all removed. Added 4, it went fine-added a 5th, and it removed the 1st photo I added. This is ridiculous. I want to support Byte Tag, but I may have to look elsewhere. This has been over a year problem.

Email verification doesn't work, contact form doesn't work. The error keeps telling me to try back later. I've been trying for 3 days on and off. IT STILL IS NOT WORKING. THE here is no way to contact them to get answers or help. I would return if they let you, but they don't take returns, so think twice before you purchase

I honestly thought it would be more than what it is. we tried having a family member scan the QR code and if that phones location isn't turned on you won't know were your dogs are. Just get a notification that someone has them
