I have been trying to access my account for over a month now but all in vain. Tried their live chat and waited for over an hour with the same msg all our representatives are busy tried calling same no agent to pick up. It makes me wonder if anyone actually work there.

Please after the last update the application is not working properly, it shows me that my ID or password are wrong but when I log in from the web it works, so please make us a new update to fix it. Thanks
