I arrived 2 hours early to go shopping. I booked on fine... and at the end of my shift it said I was not booked on. The booking on system now says I'm not in range when I'm stood right next to the building, so I AGAIN have to inform control that I'm having issues with this app. It's an up-to-date phone and have your updates all sorted. Good app but you're messing with my livelihood. I don't get paid if you fook up.

It's a buggy mess. Constantly crashing. When you try and complete things in the app is buggy out loses all progress and sends you to different pages. It makes my work harder not easier, and I think that sums it up the best.
