I use Central Reach daily in my role as a BT1 with Autism Learning Partners, mainly 4 collecting tracking ABA therapy data. It’s been a solid tool 4 documenting BT session notes, recording ABC data, & keeping everything organized in 1 place. The biggest advantage is how it supports real-time data collection during sessions. I’m able to input ABC data as it happens & complete my BT session notes directly in the platform, which helps reduce time spent catching up on documentation later.

My only issue is that when the note is generated, it uses the client's full name which goes against HIPAA. Please update so it only has the first 3 letters of the first name and first 3 of last name.

CR Mobile is super easy to navigate; CR Mobile is user-friendly. Anyone who isn't tech-savvy can use it with ease.

When I opened the app there was a login page. While pressing the login button. It took me out of the CR app into Google. Then a pop-up question appeared asking if I wanted to stay on the page, or leave Google. When I choose leave page it took me to a Saint Anthony page. When I shut all my apps, the app still did not let me log in through the app. The app just kept taking me to other apps to log in.

I do love how easy it is for me to collect ongoing data with my client. As well as making the session notes easier on my end. The only things I have to complain about are the app not letting me collect signatures from my clients; as well as not being able to cancel a session. The app, will not access certain tools when clicked (i.e. client signatures). I have restarted my phone several times, will not work. Please fix!

The app is much less effective than the desktop version. It doesn't allow you to create makeup sessions, and even if you use the desktop to create one, the app still won't let you submit the session note afterward. Without a submitted session note, the session won't convert.
