Despite pickup location being out of town, driver arrived a few minutes early and was happy to wait. He was a very pleasant young man and an excellent driver. The booking process was efficient and will certainly use CabCo again.

Booked a taxi to the train station, and they completely messed it up. The taxi was delayed, and no one bothered to inform me I only found out after I started calling repeatedly. Because of their lack of communication and poor service, I missed my train, which cost me significantly in time and money. This is not a reliable taxi service. If you’re depending on punctuality especially for something time-sensitive like catching a train look elsewhere. Five stars? More like zero. #Canterburyservice!

While I appreciate having an app to order taxis, this is not good. The time show on the app is not reliable. This mean I make the decision to book a taxi thinking is 5 min away and end up waiting way more, and I could have just taken the bus. It makes it worse that while I'm waiting knowing I'm waiting money, they spam me with apology texts then call to cancel. I don't need much, just reliable information. This wastes my time and money.
