I applied a coupon and the ride was confirmed with discount. The driver fraudulently completed the trip at the pickup point, causing the coupon to disappear and fare to increase. When I questioned this, he became aggressive and physically assaulted me. Support only said the coupon was not applied and ignored the safety issue. Very unsafe experience. Not recommended.

I booked an auto from Thickly, but no driver accepted the ride initially. A Cabocab representative later assured me that an auto would be arranged, and the driver even called saying he was nearby, but he never arrived and later took another passenger. This caused unnecessary delay and inconvenience. It would be better to avoid giving assurances if the ride cannot be confirmed.
