Please I am writing to request if there's any way you could do something about Amazon. When I started using cad remit, I discovered that this is one of the best platforms to use for transactions. Right now, Amazon doesn't allow us to use cad remit anymore.

I want to send money from nigeria to the USA, they are asking me for the USA ATM pin and D/M/Y number before I can send it to the USA. I can't ask the person for that can of this.

My email was compromised and later my cad remit too. They asked me to provide documents for reverification to prove I was the real acct holder before they could switch OTP delivery to my phone. Which I did twice. Sadly they keep telling me they have switched it but OTP keeps going to email when I initiate forget password. Sadly, I have not regained access to my acct. They keep telling me to try other devices which I do OTP still goes to email. My fund is stuck I am ruined by contractual penalties.

Itcs not really for everyone. I couldn't verify my identity because they only have two verification methods. A driver's license or your passport. Most people don't have a passport as they don't travel and most like me don't drive. So, we are immediately disqualified as their customers.
