Great app! I got 3 bucks for signing up and when you refer a friend they get $2, and you do too (when they make an order). I noticed you need to have a debit card added to access the barcode to scan at the register. I haven't had any problems

I don't like that I can't input my actual last name. Mostly because it won't let me use characters like ñ, or ú. These things are part of my actual name, and being told that my name is invalid is upsetting and disgusting. Also, THE APP NAME HAS AN ACCENT IN IT. WHY?!

Charged me double after a "billing period" I paid up front, and it showed up in my banking account. Then, the past month's transactions disappeared, and I was charged for the monthly billing period. The money I paid before wasn't entered back into my account, so I was charged double.

Did they even test this before implementing it? I was very excited when this was announced at IHCC, but my excitement quickly turned into frustration. The scanners take on average 4 attempts to work and seem to rely on precise timing in the push of a button. Often they do not work at all, and I have to use a different payment method where I don't get the rewards points. The cashiers seem to have received little or no training, and it takes about 3 times as long to pay, often resulting in lengthy queues. I will not be using this until these issues are fixed.

I have $3 credit to use from downloading the app. But there is no barcode that comes up for the cashier to scan. Please fix! Or tell me how to access it. I have searched but haven't found one. And the cashiers don't know how to use it. Please help!
