Can't place any orders, says "session timed out" no matter what. No option to report bugs on the app.

The QR code works for scanning and gathering points, but that's pretty much it. Whenever I try to order anything, I get a "store code not found" error. Also, unable to update information on my profile (the "submit" button isn't clickable on the profile update page). As others have mentioned, no way to report bugs and when I tried calling the Roasteries factory directly, I was transferred a few times and nobody was sure who to transfer me to for app help. Please go back to paper loyalty cards!
