Comments on Caffeine - Keep Screen On for Android

★★★★★ wraithlover · Jun 12, 2026

Does what it says it's supposed to, works great for long videos. Can actually keep the phone on all day.

★★★★★ Jaap Thind · Jul 6, 2026

Great app, and it easily works on my pixel 10a. The screen stayed on, and I was able to add a shortcut in the control panel

★★★★★ Uğur Nazlı · Dec 12, 2025

First used on Xiaomi Mi6 official and custom roms, then Samsung A54 official rom. It's does its job as it should be. Using without problem in many years.

★☆☆☆☆ kiera healey-fort · Mar 2, 2026

Not helpful. I wanted to keep my screen on for work notifications without having sound on, but it didn't help. Even with turning off battery saving my screen still timed out and locked

★☆☆☆☆ Mike Jones · Feb 4, 2026

doesn't appear to work with Samsung note 9. Screen will still timeout

★★☆☆☆ Robert Townrow · Mar 1, 2026

Sadly this didn't appear to work on my Google Pixel 6a. I found Wakey works though. I tried setting the battery permission for Caffeine like it said, but it still didn't work. After several attempts I gave up and moved to Wakey instead. I appreciate the effort that went into this app - sorry it didn't work in my case

★☆☆☆☆ Peter Arthur · Mar 15, 2026

Doesn't prevent screen timing off. Reading the other reviews - it might be why my phone is turning itself back on during the night
