Simply record each drink you consume. Accounts for the natural metabolism of the caffeine in each drink over time.

Exactly what I was looking forward to; simple, effective, provides perspective which allows control... The fifth star would be pressed for: more pleasant color tones for the pie chart and graph (preferably customizable) and a minor niggle; a less "busy" feeling graph with simpler and clearer information (I don't like how the tiny font times fluctuate).

This app has been vital in overcoming my 5 year caffeine addiction. I went from drinking 4+ cups of caffeinated coffee a day to 1-2 almost overnight when I saw the numbers displayed. The ability to add your own drinks is great too! Adding things like my own decaf coffee and other personal caffeinated drinks is a wonderful addition!

Can't edit data, 1 mistake, and you have to refresh and input EVERYTHING again. Timeline layout difficult to read not intuitive. Great app idea but very poorly executed.

App crashes pretty constantly, when it does, so I seem to lose all the data I entered previously which makes it incredibly infuriating. Would like to say other than that the functionality is good. The UI is a little clunky though, and it could use a more in depth list of caffeine sources. Would make it much easier if I could just click red bull or flat white etc. But as long as it keeps crashing this app is basically useless and a waste of £1.49

Total waste of time. Confusing to use, just wanted to see how much I was consuming in a day. Hardly any drink options. Don't waste your money
