This app has everything I want to be able to track WODs, but I'd like to port over the data from my previous tracker into Workout Tracker. Where is the backup file located on an Android Pixel 6? I presume I can just match the syntax in the backup and insert my own records (i.e., csv, or some other simple text system). Can you help me?

Really enjoy this as it is flexible enough to do more than just WOD tracking. We usually have a strength or skill exercise we do each day and then our WOD, and it's nice to be able to put both in and keep track of everything. I tried a number of other apps and found they weren't flexible enough for me to input everything I need. I did pay extra for the backup/restore functionality, so I can sync various devices, and it seems to work pretty well, and I haven't had any issues with it so far. I think the 1-star review without any feedback is a bit ridiculous, so I wouldn't really take that into account. The developer is pretty responsive to questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking at a flexible way to keep track of your Crossfit workouts.

I updated years worth of my PRs in this app. However, when I took a break from the gym and went back, all of my records were gone!!! I saw the option to pay for a backup feature, so of course, I paid for it, but it did not recover my data!!! Help!!!
