The application is a basic 2FA. My 2 cents here are: 1. Let the user choose to use your private authenticator or a standard time-based one-time password (TOTP) 2. Allow fingerprint access 3. Let the user use their own keyboard!!!! Forcing me to use the embedded one is not improving the security, you are forcing me to use a simple password that I can remember, but allowing me to use my own keyboard I can use a password manager with random password/complexity.

It started to have a connection failure problem ever since I installed the last update in June 2023. It didn't even get me to the login page. I tried reinstalling, clear data, clear cache, rebooting my phone, it simply doesn't work. My phone model is Samsung S22Ultra. Update : just solved this problem today by adding CaixaBank sign app to" Secure Folder", then it runs well again. But this seems to be a unique problem for Samsung (especially S22Ultra)

Caixa Bank app is useless. New update, s21+. When I try to transfer MY OWN F-ING money, it says, "CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE" after I approve of the transfer with the caixa sign app. I am going to change bank, this is ridiculous. It's my money that is currently not available???? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!
