Edit 3/13/2026: it took uninstalling and reinstalling the app and resetting my password settings, but I got it working. Still as slow as ever. Edit 3/11/2026: this app is unusable, no matter what I do I can't log in its ridiculous. Whether I use my fingerprint or password it never actually logs in just stays loading forever. The new app is fine, it's slower to load everything, and I still need to enter in my credentials to use the touch ID, which defeats the purpose of touch ID

Clean no frills interface. Just works! No fluff, exactly what you need in a banking app, though the email 2FA codes don't seem to work. Just make sure your phone number is always updated and you should be good

This was a horrible app. The mobile deposit was a nightmare. But this new update the mobile deposit is back to the old app. Remembers the account to deposit to fewer issues with taking the picture over and over Failed. You moved up 3 stars. Not 5 star yet, other.mobile deposit apps are better, Mission Federal etc. turns on flash, auto takes photo when it is happy.

Have contacted credit union endless times about glitch now allowing me to add external accounts Per usual switch from person to person and nothing corrected To many figurehead that can't correct glitches. Finally, closing accounts for deplorable service!

This app is cumbersome to use compared to the old version. The interface and print are small, and it requires a lot of selections to do basic tasks, like transfer funds, which the old version allowed you to do with one or two clicks. Lastly, it kind of freaked me out when I wanted to transfer funds from my Signature Loan, and it stated that transaction fees could apply. I checked with a California Coast Member, and there are no transaction fees associated with my Signature Loan.

The new app download is horrible. I have to click on download overtime I use it, and I believe it allowed someone to charge my card with a reaccurimg fees.
