I've been a member for 11 years now. I live in another state, but I couldn't imagine leaving Arizona Financial Credit Union for any other bank. AFCU have helped me with many situational issues. They always come through for me, and I am indebted to them (literally) 😆

Easy to use It's still the easiest app to use. I love it! I love this app, easy to manage, and now, don't have to keep a minimum balance or any amount of deposits. I like that I can send money with Belle, but sometimes it comes back with can't process right now. The app needs to be fixed. Still love my AFCU! Still loving my AZFCU! Still loving the app! But now having issues when I log in. It's not remembering my username even though it's on there, it switches to password and I have to redo it

Bill Pay was recently so-called upgrade, which I feel was a step backwards. The previous application of bill pay was much simpler and efficient than what we have now. Don't understand the change from good to worse!!

Still don't like the App! When the card app was separate I got real time alerts. Now I don't get alerts or be able to see declined transactions. I wish it was better!

This app hasn't worked properly in several months. I contacted you, and I was told that the techs said they were having issues with some of the phones and were working on it. I received an email advising that the issue was closed, however it still doesn't work.
