I have been with Arizona Financial Credit Union since 2007 when it was Arizona Federal Credit Union. I'm a retired banker & have worked with many banks. Many times I'd send my customers to this credit union & everyone came back very happy. I even had my account years before I retired. Love Arizona Financial Credit Union, no more banks for me! Bill Pay was recently so-called upgrade, which I feel was a step backwards. The previous application of bill pay was much simpler and efficient than what we have now. Don't understand the change from good to worse!!

Still don't like the App! When the card app was separate I got real time alerts. Now I don't get alerts or be able to see declined transactions. I wish it was better!
