Saw where 10.00 service fee had been charged to my savings acct. Had forgotten you charge a fee for balances below ?$? I think that is outrageous! I've been a member for several years now, & using & replacing $ in that acct is sometimes necessary. Please refund that $10 to my savings. It's clunky and unintuitive, it's slow it updates slowly and Truants entire pending and posting system is timed and inefficient.
