Love how the digital canvas is laid out. I would love to see if it can one day have different color themes to have more of a user-friendly feel. Would be nice to have multiple savings accounts within one account, ex. Christmas stash, college stash, misc. Savings

App reacts slow. Thought it was my phone but got a new one and still slow at loading, have to press navigation keys over and over to get them to work. The old app wasn't like that, don't think this is an upgrade more of a downgrade. The app needs some work.

The app will not allow a photo of the back of a check when doing mobile deposit. It keeps saying endorsement error. It has done this with several different checks all signed.

I recently opened an account and was told that I would get my ATM card in a week or week and a half and 3 weeks later I still have not received the card. I called to see where it was, and the representative stated that it wasn't ordered, and now I have to wait another 7-10 business days. I give the representatives 5 stars but the whole experience isn't good for me.
