Since the latest and last few updates to the app, the Truliant banking app is nearly unusable and incredibly slow. Simple commands such as viewing a checking account, filtering charges by name, changing menus, etc. now take much longer or cause the app to freeze. It seems every option or click in the app now creates long delays before the command is executed. The app needs to be reverted, as there were far fewer problems and usability issues with the app before the new look "updates".

I recently opened an account and was told that I would get my ATM card in a week or week and a half and 3 weeks later I still have not received the card. I called to see where it was, and the representative stated that it wasn't ordered, and now I have to wait another 7-10 business days. I give the representatives 5 stars but the whole experience isn't good for me.
