Saw where 10.00 service fee had been charged to my savings acct. Had forgotten you charge a fee for balances below ?$? I think that is outrageous! I've been a member for several years now, & using & replacing $ in that acct is sometimes necessary. Please refund that $10 to my savings. BTW, it fell below $1000.00 because the teller took more than requested from me. Regards, Susan Davis

The app will not allow a photo of the back of a check when doing mobile deposit. It keeps saying endorsement error. It has done this with several different checks all signed.
