This app is junk compared to the one my credit union uses. You would think a bank that charges ridiculous fees could do better than a credit union that doesn't.

I have never been so disgusted in my life than I am with this bank! I don't even know how to handle this situation or who I'm going to call, but it will be someone! They were so un professional in so many ways. I will admit I got rude with them, but it was not until after they let fraudulent charges go through my account for 8 months!!! A little ridiculous I'd have to say!!! But they told me my account isn't their responsibility! Well who is it then

This app is less than mediocre. It shows you your balance.....sometimes. The bank's entire system is terrible, honestly. Around 9pm, you can almost guarantee your balance being incorrect. Same with around 7am. I mean incorrect by hundreds of dollars in either positive or negative direction. It's a toss up at best whether what you're seeing is accurate. Only reason I didn't give this one star is because they at least have mobile deposit. Usually.
