Calendot: Calendar & Planner

Calendot is a simple calendar and planner that shows your schedule the way a paper calendar does: event titles wrap right inside each day, so you can read the whole month without tapping around.

SEE EVERY EVENT AT A GLANCE
• Month view where titles wrap up to three lines instead of being cut off
• Week view: all seven days on one page, with times and titles together
• List view of upcoming events and holidays
• Year view with dots on your busy days

ADD AN EVENT IN TWO TAPS
• Long-press any day to add an event for that date
• Just type a title and save – times, reminder and color are filled in for you
• Multi-day events for trips and holidays
• Six soft colors to tell work, family and appointments apart

REPEAT THE WAY REAL LIFE REPEATS
• Every day, every weekday (Mon–Fri), every week or every two weeks
• Monthly on a date, on the last day of the month, or on the 2nd Tuesday
• Yearly for birthdays and anniversaries
• A monthly event on the 31st still shows up in shorter months

REMINDERS THAT ARRIVE ON TIME
• At start time, 10 or 30 minutes, 1 hour or 1 day before
• Optional daily summary: today's events in the morning, tomorrow's in the evening
• Notifications are only requested when you save your first event with a reminder

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, CALCULATED EVERY YEAR
• Holidays for 13 countries including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Brazil, Mexico, Japan, Korea and India
• Moving dates such as Easter and Thanksgiving are worked out for each year, so 2027 is right too

HOME SCREEN WIDGET
• "This week" widget with your next seven days and a quick + button
• Updates as soon as you change an event and moves to the new day at midnight

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE
• No account, no sign-up, no sync to anyone's server
• Free backup: export your events to an .ics file and import them on a new phone or into another calendar app
• Light and dark themes, Sunday or Monday week start

Calendot is supported by ads. There are no ads when you open the event editor, so adding an event is never interrupted.
